Me

I want to make a difference in the world and for me that means seeing other people fly. I use my knowledge and experience to coach, mentor and share my learnings from a +30 year corporate career.

Formerly a ‘sort out the Marketing function to deliver‘ leader/person I’ve worked for many years in a variety of organisations from a five-person business based in one office in London to a global business with 75,000 employees located around the world.

I’ve led, created and re-built teams, some virtual, others geographically close, some a hybrid of working in or out of an office. I’ve led through change, and influenced in highly matrixed organisations.

I trained as a coach of teams, with CRR Global qualifying as an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), and as a coach of individuals with Coactive Training International.

I work virtually with clients wherever they’re based to support a lasting change whether that’s at work or life in general.

I was dealing with significant change at work. After my first coaching session with Jackie, I felt lighter and instead of just 'keeping calm and carrying on', I took control and addressed certain scenarios - I felt a million times better. I realised when the things that you do and the way you behave match your personal values, life is good!
